The incredibly popular Haute Halifax, has done up a piece on JOTN for today’s post! Take a minute to read Halifax’s Newest Fashion Jule to learn a little bit more about me, what I think about Hali’s fashion scene, and why I blog.
I need to take this time to thank my dear friend and the brilliant blogger behind it all, Jessica Bradford, who has done nothing but support me as I find my voice on Jule of the Nile. The girl is a social media goddess. With a degree in PR, there is nothing this stylish woman cannot handle when it comes to online networking. She knows about everything that is going on around town, and usually has a plus-one invite to it all (which works out great for a new blogger, like me).
Since my move from one coast to the other, JB has taken me under her wing to teach me about blogging, and has become an invaluable resource to me. She, along with my other girlfriends, has been incredibly confident in me, as I find my courage to jump ship from biology to fashion.
Brigitte Bardot and Jane Birkin
This post is about more than JOTN being featured on the fabulous, Halifax-inspired, Haute Halifax (which I am still blushing about); it is a chance for me to stop and say thank you to my dear friends who are seeing me through this journey. I am fortunate enough to have people coast to coast- from Vancouver, to Los Angeles, Toronto, New York, Montreal, of course Halifax, and even England, who push me to push myself. Thank you.
We made the haute cut! Check out Haute Halifax to learn about everything going on around Hali.
